Returns Policy & Warranty
  Granite Precision Inc. warranties our products one year parts and labour from the date we ship the unit. We will repair or replace parts of, or the entire product, at our discretion.

Product sent to us without an RMA number will be RETURNED TO SENDER. You must receive an RMA number from tech support before returning an item.

Unopened product may be returned to our stock for a full-refund within 30 days for a 20% restocking charge.

If your situation is urgent, let us know. We will ship you replacement product/parts the same shipping speed that you shipped the parts to us.

Repairing / Replacing parts may take many days, depending on the nature of what's wrong.

We offer a subscription-based spares service, whereby we will ship a replacement unit to any destination in the United States, upon approval from tech support for an RMA, with overnight delivery. The replacement unit will go out the day after the RMA is given.  This is a low-cost alternative to purchasing spares for each and every attraction.  If you're interested, contact us.
